Decent products, room for improvement

I recently purchased the Organic Pistachios and a jar of their Pistachio Paste. The organic pistachios were quite good, fresh, and had a nice flavor. The pistachio paste was also decent, though I found it a little less vibrant in color than some other brands I've tried. Shipping took about a week to reach me on the East Coast, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Packaging was secure, no issues there. I appreciate that they offer so many specialized options like keto and vegan, but maybe they could speed up the standard shipping a bit or offer a cheaper expedited option. Overall, a good experience, but not perfect.

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've ordered from The Pistachio Factory several times now, mostly their Pistachio Butter and some Raw Pistachios. This latest order, which included the Vegan Pistachio Spreads, was just as good as always. Shipping took about 4 days to get to me in Arizona, which is pretty standard for them. The product quality is consistently high, and I've never had an issue with packaging or freshness. It's why I keep coming back, honestly. Good stuff.

Good quality, quick delivery

I grabbed some Shelled Pistachios and a sample pack of the Zero Sugar Spreads. The pistachios were really fresh, good crunch, and not too salty. The spreads were interesting, the keto one was my favorite. It was nice to try a few different things without committing to a big jar. Shipping was pretty quick, got here in about 5 days which is decent. The packaging was simple but did the job. Overall, a solid experience and I'd probably order again.

Thinking of ordering a bunch of stuff for Christmas gifts. How long does shipping usually take, especially if I'm in like, New York?

E Emma 2 months ago
For NY, I'd say give it a good week, maybe a bit more during the holidays. They're pretty quick to ship out, but USPS can be slow.

I'm in PA and it usually takes 4-5 days. If you're ordering close to Christmas, definitely do it early to be safe.

Are their pistachios actually from a farm they own, or is it more like they just buy from whoever and call it 'farm-to-table'?

A Alex 2 months ago
I've read that they are based in California and work directly with growers. So it's not like, their own giant farm, but they source directly from farmers. Good quality for sure.

Yeah, they talk a lot about being California-based and working with farmers. It's not a misleading claim like some brands make, I think they're pretty transparent about where they get them.

Anyone know if you can stack coupon codes? Got one for signing up and another for free shipping, hoping to use both.

S Steve K. 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's just one code per order. I tried to use two once and it wouldn't let me.

Yeah, pretty standard for most online stores. You usually gotta pick the best one. I think it says it somewhere on their site too.

Hey, looking to try out their pistachio butter. Anyone know if it's really keto friendly or if they just slap that label on there?

J Julia J. 2 months ago
Yeah, I use their stuff all the time for keto. No added sugars or weird fillers, just pistachios. They're pretty strict about that.

Can confirm, checked the nutritional info and ingredients when I first bought it. Super clean, fits right into my macros.

I'm debating between their pistachio butter and Artisana Organics. Has anyone tried both and can give a comparison?

S Sophie 2 months ago
Oh, big difference! Artisana is good, but The Pistachio Factory's butter is way creamier and has a much more intense pistachio flavor. Less oil separation too.

I've had both. Artisana is fine, but it feels more 'mass market'. The Pistachio Factory feels more premium, like you're actually getting roasted pistachios in there. Worth the extra few bucks if you ask me.
